The company

Investment highlights

The company distributes and integrates IT equipment (computers, servers, network, audio-video and video-conferencing systems, peripherals), software licences and installation and maintenance services. Clients are public institutions, schools, hospitals and private companies, reached through SEAP/SICAP tenders, direct contracts and online channels. ISO 9001 certified and WEEE registered.

01 · Key differentiator

Cisco‑certified engineers in‑house

Network design, installation and maintenance are carried out by the company’s own Cisco-certified engineers, a capability many smaller resellers have to subcontract. It supports integration projects, recurring service contracts and tenders that require certified personnel.

02

Proven public-sector access

17 contracts and 83 direct awards won in SEAP/SICAP, the most recent in September 2026.

03

Recurring client base

About 10 recurring clients generate roughly 37.5% of revenue (Seller data).

04

Consistently profitable

Net profit of EUR 83k in 2024 and EUR 36k in 2025; no loss-making year since 2014.

05

Experienced, contracted team

7 employees on employment contracts, with an average tenure of more than 7 years at the company. The owner supports the handover for at least 3 months.

Financials

Track record 2022–2025

Four years of filed accounts, profitable in each. 2024 was lifted by deliveries under EU-funded projects; 2025 reflects the recurring business.

Upside

Growth levers for a new owner

The business has grown on tenders and referrals. Three levers are open to a buyer from day one.

Neighbouring counties

Expand into adjacent counties with the existing team, supplier terms and public tender references.

Modern marketing

Sales rely on tenders and referrals today. Targeted digital marketing and B2B outreach are largely untapped.

Rebrand and online store

A refreshed brand and a new website with an integrated online store would open a scalable sales channel.

The right buyer
  • National or regional IT distributors without their own presence in western Romania.
  • Systems integrators seeking in-house hardware delivery and Cisco network skills.
  • Regional IT firms pursuing consolidation, or an experienced manager buying in (MBI).
